A laparoscopic surgical device designed to clamp the entire length of the stomach, enabling surgeons to plan and hold the staple line prior to dividing the stomach during laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.

TITAN SGS IDE STUDY
MULTI-SITE, 62-PATIENT STUDY
DEMONSTRATED SAFETY AND EFFECTIVENESS
The Titan SGS was supported by a multi-site IDE study in longitudinal gastric resection. The study enrolled 62 patients at three sites. The nonclinical and clinical tests demonstrated that Titan SGS is as safe and as effective and performs as well as or better than current marketed devices.

IMPROVING OUTCOMES
At Standard Bariatrics, we work side by side with bariatric surgeons to ensure our products offer solutions to their most pressing surgical challenges. To date, more than 12,000 surgical procedures have been performed using Standard Bariatrics technology. Standard Bariatrics’ flagship product, the Titan SGS, is the only purpose-built smart stapling technology with a specific indication for sleeve gastrectomy pouch creation.
Building on the Standard Clamp experience to drive more consistency and repeatable outcomes in sleeve gastrectomy, the Titan SGS allows surgeons to plan and visualize the creation of the sleeve pouch anatomy with a single continuous cutline. The stomach is then transected and stapled in one firing, minimizing the variability that can be introduced with each new successive short cartridge staple.
